La villa è stata realizzata nel ’700, ha preso il nome dai primi proprietari, la famiglia Curnis, gli stessi diedero il nome anche alla località. Il complesso in origine era costituito dalla villa e dalle due barchesse allineate in modo simmetrico ai lati del corpo padronale. La barchessa originale di destra oggi non esiste più ed è stata sostituita da un nuovo corpo a due piani, mentre quella di sinistra è stata in parte rifatta ma conserva ancora degli elementi architettonico/decorativi di quella originale; quest’ultima include inoltre, un piccolo oratorio.
Gli ultimi lavori di restauro hanno trasformato l’antica barchessa in tre unità abitative.
La meravigliosa villa, circondata da ben 3000 mq di parco, è oggi proprietà della famiglia Pastori.

The villa was built in the 1700s and took its name from the first owners, the Curnis family, who also gave the name to the town. The complex originally consisted of the villa and the two barns aligned symmetrically on the sides of the main body. The original barchessa on the right no longer exists and has been replaced by a new two-storey building, while the one on the left has been partially rebuilt but still retains some architectural / decorative elements of the original one; the latter also includes a small oratory.
The latest restoration works have transformed the ancient barn into three residential units.
The wonderful villa, surrounded by 3000 square meters of park, is now owned by the Pastori family.
