Villa Corner

Il complesso è costituito dalla villa, dalla casa del custode, dall’oratorio e da un fienile con la stalla, circondati da un grande parco. E’ stato ipotizzato che il corpo padronale sia un rifacimento del XIX secolo e che la loggia del pianterreno appartenesse all’edificio che esisteva in precedenza; l’ipotesi è stata ulteriormente testimoniata sia dalle riproduzione iconografiche che, dal mappale del 1729 il quale collocava in questo luogo Cà Priuli.
La stalla, dopo essere stata completamente ristrutturata nel corso del XX secolo, è stata adibita a laboratorio di confezioni, mentre l’oratorio vige ancora in pessime condizioni.
L’intero complesso è ancora oggi di proprietà privata.

The complex consists of the villa, the caretaker's house, the oratory and a barn with a stable, surrounded by a large park. It has been assumed that the main body is a nineteenth-century reconstruction and that the loggia on the ground floor belonged to the building that previously existed; the hypothesis was further evidenced both by the iconographic reproductions and by the map of 1729 which placed Cà Priuli in this place.
The stable, after being completely renovated during the twentieth century, was used as a packaging laboratory, while the oratory is still in poor condition.
The entire complex is still privately owned today.

La villa è collocata nel centro di Mira, lungo l’argine destro del Naviglio del Brenta, a pochi passi dalle sede Municipale.
