Il primo documento storico riguardante questo edificio è la dichiarazione fatta al fisco nel 1661 da parte della famiglia Randolfi, i probabili proprietari. La struttura attuale mostra però alcune caratteristiche architettoniche tipiche del XVIII secolo, questi dati hanno permesso di ipotizzare che, durante il ’700, abbia subito forti lavori di ricostruzione.
Durante il XX secolo l’edificio ha subito ulteriori interventi di restauro.
Attualmente è un’abitazione privata.

The first historical document concerning this building is the declaration made to the tax authorities in 1661 by the Randolfi family, the probable owners. However, the current structure shows some architectural features typical of the eighteenth century, these data have allowed us to hypothesize that, during the eighteenth century, it underwent extensive reconstruction work.
During the twentieth century, the building underwent further restoration work.
It is currently a private home.
