Il complesso è oggi costituito dal corpo padronale, esteso in più punti con fabbricati più bassi, e dal parco. Alla villa appartiene l’annesso rustico collocato al di là della strada.
Il Baldan, grazie ad un’antica stampa del Coronelli, ha potuto ipotizzare che la villa Selvatico nel ’600 corrispondesse a Palazzo Littini. Se la sua teoria rappresentasse il vero oggi l’intero complesso risulterebbe fortemente modificato con l’aggiunta di fabbricati più bassi, l’alterazione di molte aperture e la perdita dell’imponente timpano. La prima data che certifica l’esistenza della villa è la denuncia al fisco della famiglia Maruzzi, confermata poi dal mappale del 1782.
La villa fu di proprietà della famiglia Bordiga, fu abitata anche dal pittore Padovano Lino Selvatico e oggi è di proprietà della famiglia Granata.

Baldan, thanks to an ancient Coronelli print, was able to hypothesize that the Villa Selvatico in the 1600s corresponded to Palazzo Littini. The first date that certifies the existence of the villa is the report to the tax authorities of the Maruzzi family, later confirmed by the map dated 1782.
The villa was owned by the Bordiga family, was also inhabited by the Paduan painter Lino Selvatico and today it is owned by the Granata family.
